I found this site after researching sleep paralysis. I encounter this from time to time. I am no longer afraid when it happens. This appears to be a very interesting site and look forward to learning all about this subject of lucid dreams.

Well after no sleep the night before I went to bed last night and woke to the weird vibratrations I get with SP...I calmed down and started to see pictures flash in real vibrant colors..I could change the picture by thinking about what I wanted to see...then it started to fade away and I tried to spin to keep it going but woke up.....I have to say that was real cool and different that what I used to do before reading this site.

So glad you aren't scared of SP. A lot of people are, when there is not really anything to be scared of. Good luck getting more lucids! The vibrations you get with SP are quite common along with the pictures. You're getting close! If you have any questions, feel free to send me a PM.
