I've had one experience with LD and one with SP ( which was really quite traumatic).
It's been about a decade and I'm ready to try again
I am a vivid dreamer. The narrative is pretty linear, segments assemble together and are fluid the way a movie unfolds. If I jump around between settings/times, the plot-line remains and ties the story together. I spend a lot of time in my dreams as a passive observer as I don't identify my self with a body. I find reality checks do not really help me because I'm not usually in my dream body unless I have strong feelings about an event, in which case I drop into the body and take action. In these instances I am rarely aware of my body. The odd time I AM aware of my body it is because something totally weird is happening to it... (example... I have the parts of a man, or I have become morbidly obese and literally heavy)
For years I have been setting my alarm an hour before wake time in order to achieve enhanced dream recall. I collect my dreams in a dream blog..
If you're curious... I have a link posted in my profile.
Anyway, I'm Misha =)
