      Welcome! From England myself and I only joined yesterday

      I got into lucid dreaming a few months back and i commonly use the WILD technique (well untill recently, read my posts on problems with that if you want). At the moment i have had more OBE's than Lucid dreams, as i can have them pretty much anytime i want. Me and my mate (SamYoung) are currently experimenting making our dreams more stable and regular. Still getting over the sleep paralysis problems we have though! haha

      But anyway, that's enough about me, hope you enjoy your stay
