      hey help me

      im new here and i really wanted to know how can i lucid dream ? i tried alot of things but i couldn't i always fail i get excited and wake up .. help me ?

      A lot of people get excited and wake up on thier first few lucids. Just keep at it, and try to calm down when you realize that you're dreaming.       I assume you want help with the WILD technique.
      The aim is to fall asleep, so you want to relax, I'd rather fall asleep attempting than stay awake for ages. I'd also recommend reading around the WILD subsections threads for useful experiences and techniques.
