      Im new! (again!)

Hello all! I know I joined this forum a while ago, but I gave up for a while and now i'm back. This site was down for a long time no? Or was it just me?

I starting trying again because I noticed I can now remember up to 2 dreams some nights.

I started learning about lucid dreaming about a year ago I think. After 6 months of nothing, I gave up. Now i'm back for another go! The closest thing i've ever come to a lucid dream, was one night I told myself I was gonna try a WILD, but I forgot.. So IN the dream I had that night, I was thinking "Darn! I forgot to try to lucid dream!"

Most of my dreams have either some disaster (plane crashes in my neighborhood, car crashes) OR involve me being angry for some reason (at least half of the dreams in my journal involve me being mad at something).

Also, whats with the ads covering up the first 3-4 posts in a thread so I cant read them? Thats kinda annoying

Hey...welcome back! Yes, the site was down for a bit due to hackers. We had to move to a .org domain for a bit. (Which is why you couldn't go to dreamviews.com) We are back now and everything is great! No worries

That's great! Your recall is important when it comes to lucid dreaming. You wouldn't want to have a lucid and then forget it (which is possible.) :O Wow...6 months...January seems like it was just last month. Just keep trying! WILDing usually takes a bunch of attempts to get right. Experiment with different variables and you will eventually find the right way to WILD for you. It also sounds like you have a few dream signs. That's great..you can get lucid using them. Read more about dream signs here. If you have any lucid dreaming related questions, feel free to send another dream guide or I a question.

As for the ads....what browser are you using? Mac, PC? It could be an issue with your zoom. Try holding ctrl and scroll out a bit.

You were pretty close! Once lucid dreams are mentioned in your dreams, you're almost touching lucidity! I hope your new attempts are more successful. I don't know if you're focusing on WILD or DILD currently, but there are classes for both in DVA! A class might help give you that extra push you need.
