hey everybody i have been having a long period of being unable to recall my dreams..... i was wondering if anyone has some tips that i can try to get myself back in my dreams thanks for any help

Every morning that you wake up you have to lie still and try to recall what you dreamt. If you wake up during the night you should also take notes so that you can recall it in the morning. If you're desperate you could go for a REM rebound (sleep 5 hours or less) and then sleep 9+ hours the next night, or use supplements. Try not to stress yourself over the fact that you can't recall too much. It might take a while but with work you'll start recalling more and more. If you stress yourself you'll just hurt your recall.
