Cool How do you feel about the Remee?

So, my first lucid dream was in early November of 2011 (I was not trying to have a lucid dream). About a month later I had my 2nd lucid dream. Ever since then however, I have just been hoping to attain lucidity again with some passive RC's every once in a while.

Do you think it would be a good idea for me to try the new Remee? Or should I just learn a natural technique? Thanks

Just hoping to get lucid isn't enough, you need to work hard to see some improvement. What is Remee?

It's one of the newer lucid dreaming masks, Matte. They made a lot of money within the first month of release date.

Any questions about lucid dreaming? Drop me a PM here!

I donated $5 to Remee and will get the wooden coin. I will probably order a mask this summer after they start selling in July

It hasn't released yet. This was a kickstarter (people paying in advance to fund the project). I believe kickstarter donors get theirs next month and preorders will start shipping in August. It's priced right and I like their take on programming the headset (go to website to program, hold it up to monitor and it flashes a pattern to program it). My concern is the LEDs continuing to go off after you become lucid. I read that this was an issue with the Novadreamer.

Speaking of Novadreamer, the Ver2 is supposed to be announced this month. I'm curious what their price point is going to be. I think if they are over $250 they are going to struggle to compete with REM Dreamer and Remmie unless it's packed with some revolutionary stuff.

I haven't had much success with dream masks. Most people I talk to have similar experiences. They cause lots of false awakenings and confusion that can lead to lucidity. Nothing too reliable. Hopefully this new one is different. I will try it out if it is getting good reviews. I haven't heard about it.

I've always thought that a dream mask coupled with a good MILD visualisation would lead to nightly lucidity, that being said, I've tried using one.

What I would do is something along these lines.

      1. first night go to bed without mask
      2. recall dream in morning
      3. go to bed, this time wearing the mask
      4. while falling asleep visualise yourself in the dream from last night, but this time you see the flashing red lights and become lucid!
      5. when you see the light cue become lucid

Seeing how effective normal MILD is, coupling it with an external cue should be unstoppable.

I'm looking forward to it being released! I think i'm going to get one. I recommend you do get one...but still continue trying to get lucid on your own! Combing a technique and the mask will increase your chance of getting lucid even more.

Just saw the kickstarter today. I would say I'm quite interested in buying it once it comes out.
For those of you who haven't seen their video yet - kickstarter link.
They explain how it works in the video.

      Things I've done while Lucid:

      - Flying - Dream Rewind and Fast Forward
      - Invisibility - Shapeshifting - Grown Wings
      - Summoning [mastered (?)] - Zip lining
      - Fireball

I was one of those who funded this project, so hopefully i will get this mask Early july. I will review as soon as possible. Anyway, because of this mask i put interest in the lucid dreaming stuff. I believe there is not a magic mask, but as mancon says, if you combine with other method and with your knowledge about lucid dremaing, this will for sure increase your chances of becoming lucid

That could be a problem, However, if you look it on the positive side, that could has some benefits, like a reminder that you are lucid and help to not lose lucidity.
