Thread: First LD

i am so surprised that ive had my first LD so soon! id only started trying 3 nights ago.

my first LD was last night. as usual i am terrible at remembering dreams so im suprised i do. this LD was a DILD and i think the only reason i becam lucid was that i had been practising ADA befre i went o bed. in the dream i was alone in some room like a kitchen without oven stove refrigerator any appliences. just the cabinets and cupboards but everything was this sick shade of pasty grey. i realized i had never seen a room like it so i did a RC i plugged my nose and breathed. i didnt hardly realize it worked but i was shocked so i did it again this time with a longer breath. i somhow forgot the stabilization so i thi k that may be why i woke up

it wasnt the best LD because i didnt get to do aything but i didnt even think i could do it i guess i proved myself wrong. i hope to get better at LDing soon! id like to thank everyone who helped me his site! you guys are awsome (:

Congratulations! Your first lucid dream is one you usually never forget! I still remember my first LD and that was almost 2 years ago! Once you have one, you gotta have another! Lucid dreams are like drugs - but legal!

It took me a month to get my first LD, and you only took 3 days! You're pretty good at LDing, you'll have another one soon enough!

Good luck to you, I hope you have another LD soon! They get longer and more stable the more you have.
