      sorta experienced dreamer

      well, im not necessarily new to this site, but i actually decided to make an account. well, im trying to lucid dream and i already know how to recall my dreams so that shouldn't be too difficult. what i really wanted to do was an OOBE, but i think i should try to master a lucid dream before i take it to the next step. anyways, im glad to be on this site because it seems like a good place to be if your needing any info on LD's and such. well, I'll try to LD tonight, but chances are it might take me a min to do it right. :3 the place i will try to imagine will be that DV's BG cuz it looks like a nice place to be XD well, good luck to meee X3

      Hello and welcome to the forum wolfuru =) There are many different theories about what an OBE and something called astral projection is.
      I don't have personal experience to prove that it's real, that is to say, more than just created by your mind. But I do have a friend that wanted to find the truth about this as well, he was very skeptical just like me, but that lucky basta*d got it proven!
      He was guided by another guy though Skype and shared an out of body experience with him! It's was proven to us because the guy who instructed him told him what he had shown him without either me or him telling him what he had seen and it matched my friend's experience.

      It was however never empirically proven to me but I guess I just trusted my friend's words.

      But you are definitely right that lucid deaming is a good way to start before you experience something like that, because it was all hazy and fuzzy when he experienced it so it might be good to get used to dreams first. I am currently guided by this mentor and you can read about his teachings in my Dream Journal if you are interested.

      Other than that, if you need help with lucid dreaming this forum is the best place to start. If you have any questions don't be afraid to ask
