Thread: Hello all

Hello there, my name is Richard and the last time I really made any major attempt at lucid dreaming was last year. I did achieve varying degrees of lucidy on several occasions, but then fell out of practice when the university workload increased.

Since quitting smoking two months ago, I feel I have a new lease of life, and being on summer break I thought it would be an ideal time to get back into lucid dreaming. Within days of stumbling accross this site I achieved a brief moment of lucidity (in my dream I was looking out of my bedroom window and I noticed there had been significant snowfall, I looked at my hands then became aware I was dreaming).

This site is by far one of the best recources yet I have found regarding lucid dreaming, and seems to have a nice community feel. I'll keep you posted on my progress.

Welcome to the board Richard, I'm John and it's good to have ya 'round here mate.
Don't forget the Dream Journal. I got lazy last couple weeks and within a day after starting back up, My recall increased loads. That's all, welcome.
