Thread: Hello all

Hello there, my name is Richard and the last time I really made any major attempt at lucid dreaming was last year. I did achieve varying degrees of lucidy on several occasions, but then fell out of practice when the university workload increased.

Since quitting smoking two months ago, I feel I have a new lease of life, and being on summer break I thought it would be an ideal time to get back into lucid dreaming. Within days of stumbling accross this site I achieved a brief moment of lucidity (in my dream I was looking out of my bedroom window and I noticed there had been significant snowfall, I looked at my hands then became aware I was dreaming).

This site is by far one of the best recources yet I have found regarding lucid dreaming, and seems to have a nice community feel. I'll keep you posted on my progress.
