Welcome Kvass.
Start by recall your dreams and then use what ever method you feel like combined with a WBTB and you will probably see that lucid dreaming count increase.
However if you want frequent quality lucid dreams it's important to not only do the correct things, but also to understand why.
It's important that you should know already that lucid dreaming shouldn't be seen as something different in terms of learning and progress compared to something else you want to learn and progress at, like soccer or tennis for example. You can't read how to master it or get exact instructions by someone, there are different methods and techniques for each freekick, but it should only be seen as guidelines and not exact science. Because in the end you are the one who has to learn on your own.
So if you test out a lucid dreaming induction and i doesn't turn out the way it was described, don't get frustrated or angry, instead learn from that experience and that will lead to progression after a few more experiences. And to use the soccer analogy again, don't try to get lucid the first night, it's sort of like being a beginner at soccer and starting as a forward, expecting to score a goal his first match. Instead practise the small but important steps that will eventually take you to that goal.
And the first step is dream recall.
Now I kind of made lucid dreaming sound like a long and hard process, because everyone can't become Messi or Zlatan in a day. However by practise the basics you will experience spontanious lucid dreams along the way, and one day you will have both experience and understanding and will be able to go to sleep and know exactly what needs to be done and understand why, but also know that it will be a high chance that you will have a lucid dream that night. And that is the road to mastery.
Sweet dreams and enjoy your stay! Always ask for help whenever you need it, because we Dream Guides are basically your coach here on Dreamviews.
