I am new to this forum(and the concept of Lucid Dreams) but it seems interesting. I have only one problem, I am a HS student and cannot wake up every hour or two or three to record dreams(not that I would mind doing it but grades have to stay UP)...Any alternate suggestions(I was thinking about 2-3 days/week)? Also, has anyone found meditating to help this process? I meditate for short periods of time beore bed and wanted to know if this would have any affect on Lucid Dreaming. |
