Hey ! I'm not really good at introductions but well.

So hey, I'm Falco252, a 26 years old French lucid dreamer. I started lucid dreaming 1 year and a half ago, but I had times where I completely lost motivation, however since last year I'm a totally different person, I wont give up.
I play the guitar since a year(yes, as you can guess it's what made me change) and I want to get into composition someday, that's one of my first motives for lucid dreaming, but overall it can be nice doing whatever you want especially since I'm getting busier and busier.

How I got into Lucid dreaming is a really weird story, my brother got into lucid dreaming before me and he told me it was "a dream where you know you dream" but I was idiot and thought "yeah I know I dream, what does it do?", I didn't expect I could actually control it(well, the actual definition of a lucid dream is the first one it's true). And actually, I had good dream recall (around one dream every two nights) because since I was a kid I was trying weird stuff(and I'm sorry if you don't understand, I'm not a native English so it may be badly explained), I was trying to remember to check that, when I was dreaming, what I was actually seeing. Basically I was trying to know if I could see a black "screen" when I was dreaming or not. I was sort of trying to lucid dream, without knowing it. One day, I was bored, I don't remember why, and I checked a book which was Stephen LaBerge's one, and that's when I got into lucid dreaming cause that's when I knew I could do what I wanted in a dream and try to answer my childhood question haha.

I know this website since a lot of time, I don't know why I signed up today, but well, here I am, actually I know why I signed up, but not why today, I finally got a laptop and I can finally attempt DEILD with a clock alarm, this method suits me best I think because I'm "good"(well I'm not, but it's where I'm the best) at remembering something between the time I go to bed and during the night, but I had an hard time feeling the moments between two REM cycles where I didn't have to move With the alarm clock this problem is gone (but DEILD doesn't work for some other reason I don't know )

I think that's all, again I'm bad with introductions, hope you'll enjoy my stay here
