      Dreams and Me

      hi guys! so glad to be here and I hope all my questions about my dreams will be answered. welp, maybe not all, but i hope I'd be enlightened on the way. i'm scared of my dreams actually. so yep. thanks for having me here!

      Scared of your dreams? Next time you are in a nightmare just wake yourself up.

      For some reason people always know when they are in nightmares that they have the ability to wake up (not 100% but close). My mother told me when I was five that if I was in a nightmare to wake myself up. After about ten nightmares that I woke myself up from I never had nightmares again.

      Any worries you have about dreams can be answered here. It is a great place. good luck getting lucid.
