Greetings and Salutations, people.
Hello, you crazy lucidity fiends.
I just joined the forums today.. well.. yesterday, technically, it being 2:00 am and all.
I've always loved the idea of lucidity, and pursued it somewhat haphazardly and without much determination, or, consequently, success.
I've determined, though, that I should either do this all the way, or not at all, and quit half-assing it.
I've had two successful lucid moments that I can remember, both from RCs mid-dream. Well, more like 1 and a half. The first amounted to 'Oh, hey, dream. Cool. Lucidity. I'll try that.' and then I slipped back into the dream. I'm a pretty heavy sleeper, so waking up has yet to be an issue, though of course, with more experience, I may live to eat those words.
The other was a bit more in depth, and I actually exerted some small amount of control. (It was taxing, though o_o) I saved a woman from getting shot! n_n I'm such a good samaritan.
Anyway, glad to be a part of the DV scene.Yeah.
