How to increase 'Lucidy' in dreams.

I've been havin' a few lucid dreams recently for some reason. But, everytime I have one, I have trouble staying awake, because I'm so tired. Once I realize I'm in a dream, I don't have that much trouble staying calm.

And also, how do I increase how lucid I am in my dreams?

I remember a long time ago, I was havin' one. To check the time, I checked my satellite TV and it was some wierd symbols or somethin', but I thought nothing for it.

Also, when I wake up in the morning, for some reason it's been unusually early (for me). At around 7-8. I'm just 14, so I sleep in a lot (not past 11 though, gotta watch Who Wants To Be A Millionaire!

).

Anyway, once I wake up at 7-8, I try to go back asleep, and thats when I usually have lucid dreams. Is that unusualy? I remember reading somewhere (I was realllly into Lucid Dreaming a lot maybe a year ago) that you have more dreams in the morning, because of that REM thing.
