      Hello everyone!

      Hello!

      I am new here and I'm really interested in lucid dreaming.
      I have a dream journal and i can recall minimum 1 dream when I wake up.
      A few days ago I got a short lucid dream. In was laying in my bed in my dream and a few moments later I looked at my hand and I had more fingers then normal and they were very short, so I knew that I was dreaming and I tried to get up from my bed, but i couldn't move... And because i couldn't move I woke up...
      I hope I get more succes in the future

      Welcome, Lowie, and congratulations on your excellent start!

      Was this dream purely an accident or the result of your intent to have a lucid dream? My first was accidental and... well, it opened up quite a door for me, to say the least. I'm excited for you starting out on your journey!

      If you are looking to get a bit of a kickstart on your lucid dreaming, I am an alumnus (and a big fan) of OpheliaBlue's Intro Class: Intro Class. This was a great help to me when I started out.

      But just take a look around, relax, and enjoy yourself! There's a lot to do and learn on the site, and feel free to let us know if you have any questions. Feel free to post them up right in this thread or to PM me or any of the other Dream Guides and we'll help you out.

      Lucid dream quality and length will definitely improve as you'll continue practicing lucid dreaming, take a look at http://www.dreamviews.com/introducti...-dreaming.html too if you haven't already, it contains some starter info and links to various useful tutorials, and yeah, check out that intro class Intro Class .
