The best thing to do is to keep a dream journal, if you don't all ready. A few years ago, I kept one and got to remembering four dreams on average per night, but I slowly stopped and my recall dropped to rarely remembering dreams. Two nights ago, I started again when I remembered one dream and all ready I've remembered five dreams for last night. Try not to force remembering dreams and just note down the themes you remember from a dream as soon as you wake up/remember them. Hopefully, doing so jogs more detailed memories of the dream.
