      Hello DV Users!

      Hello there. My name is Sam. I'm 13 years old, and I came to this sight because I'm really interested in learning how to control everything about my dreams. I also am very interested in things related to the mind, such as tulpas or lucid dreaming. I'm excited to meet all of you and learn about your experiences with lucid dreaming. See you later.

      You're so young I'm just saying that because normally the younger you are the more time in REM you spend during the night, which adds up significantly when you're trying to lucid dream. So picture yourself as a "promising" beginner

      In case you haven't find it yet, you can access to the tulpa forum here. Good luck with lucid dreaming and like Gab said be sure to post away if you have any doubts ^^

      While I am hardly an expert, might I recommend a dream journal to help with recalling and noticing things like dream signs?
