Hi, and welcome! Why would it be abnormal? Your eyes are moving. If you are aware of that movement, that's fine. Eyes are actually one of the few elements that combine dream and real body self: your eye movements in the dream are same as your actual eye movements.
While many lucid dreamers do not pay as much attention to their eyes as to feel them move, but there is nothing abnormal about feeling them move.
Also since this is a dream, it's really unlikely that something you experience is "abnormal". Dreams are weird. Lucid dreams can be weird in many different ways. There is nothing abnormal about dreaming that one is a giant fat goose or that your body squeaks every time you move like a rusty tin man or that you are just mist or that the stars are out to get you. Any of that would be normal in a dream.
In a lucid dream you would be aware that it is a dream. In some lucid dreams that would be the extent of the difference to non-lucid dreams. In othe lucid dreams you could have greater awareness and/or control. If you have control, you could use it to make your dream less weird or even more weird, and none of that would be abnormal.
