      Hello People!

      Hi im Phil, im new here and somewhat new to lucid dreaming. I keep a dream journal and have a pretty good dream recall (usally 2dreams a night but i have ocassionally remebered up to 8 )).I have had about 4 lucid dreams but im still working on improving them. Just wanted to say hi.
