Thread: Hello Paul here

I use to have lucid dreams not knowing that is what i was having lucid dreams. And also, i use to get into sleep paralysis very, very easily, and when i say very easily, i mean 5 minutes after i would lay down, i would get this heavy feeling over my body; so i figured, that it must be sleep paralysis. So, i'm here to learn everything there is to learn about lucid dreaming, i haven't had a lucid dream in years, have a nice day everyone.
