Hey Martha, welcome to the forum. Spend some time checking out the site, there's a ton of helpful info here that will get you back into LDing pretty quick

First thing, if you don't already have one, begin a dream journal so that you can increase your dream recall. From there you can figure out what your dreams signs and such are that will eventually help you to become lucid. When you had lucids before do you remember how they happened? Did they happen while you were dreaming (DILDs) or in other ways? Were they very realistic?
