      Talking Plutog's Introduction

      I have experienced only a few lucid dreams, but I am pleased to find a forum all about it. The idea is just fascinating.

      Anyway, my username is Plutog (plootog) but my actual name is Aaron. I have a couple mental afflictions/disorders, although I have adapted to the point of functioning almost normally. Greetings!

      I have ADHD too, Ive been off medication for at least 7 years now.

      I have a friend who has slight Aspergers, shes a really nice person, yea she has her slight differences but shes as normal (whatever normal actually means) as someone without Aspergers is.
      I have Dmd although a lot more severe than slight aspergers but I can relate somewhat to you.

      All Day Awareness exercises will help remedy that. The secret is to learn to recognize the moment when you stop paying attention... then you can regain focus and maintain awareness for longer and longer periods.

      Welcome. I hope you find the community here as welcoming and helpful as I have. LDing is really awesome. I still have trouble believing that there is this awesome sandbox in our head that we are all just learning to tap into. Its just crazy how much fun and interesting LDing can be.
