      Hello everyone!

I've never been really good at introductions. So yeah,
      I'm Ajay, from India
      Born in '92
I'm currently pursuing a career in Medicine, another year and a half in med school, I'd be a certified medical practitioner!
Anyway, When I was little I never really cared much for dreams, But I could always remember all of my dreams and some of them were really good and entertaining. I thought everyone could remember his/her dreams, but it turns out, not many had this ability of complete dream recall!
Later into my teens, I thought this dream recall was a horrible thing and I never liked doing them ( maybe because I thought that my brain never really shuts off and even when I do wake up, i still feel tired even after hours if sleep)
Then I watched the movie 'inception'
And after googling about dreams for a while,I came across Lucid Dreaming, Christopher Nolan being one among who practices the art!
After a little more research, I just figured out I have been doing this all my life, and just realized the power of reprogramming your subconscious! It's a wonderful concept really, I was really skeptical in the beginning (since I do study evidence based medicine and finished my undergraduate study of neurophysiology few years back ) about how much of this was true, then I continued reading about it until I was finally convinced that this was absolutely possible. Now, I'm more determined to have my first lucid dream, I do keep practicing the reality check method, also have a few brainwave stimulation soundtracks , and now I just found out the use of piracetam and galantamine. Do anyone here had success with either of them? I'd love to hear all about it!

      Welcome to DreamViews, Ajay.

I don't really use supplements, but the Lucid Aids subforum should be a good place to find people who do, as well as find information on other lucid/dreaming supplements. Good luck!

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
