      Hello from Portugal

      Hello friends,

      My name is Telmo and I'm from Portugal. So first of all I'm sorry if my English sometimes seems a little strange.
      Little and short introduction.
      I am a complete newbie regarding Lucid Dreaming.
      It has happend involuntarily before a couple of times more than 15 years ago. I simply became aware that I was Dreaming but awoke moments after (got toooo excited I guess).
      And I also Had Sleep Paralisys couple of times too around the same time. It has scared the living hell out of me. I remember quite clearly some humanoid goat sitting on my bed

      I've been fascinated by Lucid Dreaming on past couple weeks and found this wonderful forum.
      Hope to learn a lot from you. Hope to Lucid Dream again.

      Good luck
      Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way
