      Hey!

I finally gave in and decided to join, I'm mainly going to be using this for my dream journal, as I really want to be able to recall my dreams in a lot more detail, what made me join today was a dream I had last night, it was really upsetting to wake up to as it was something which made me so happy whilst in the dream.

And I can only recall so much, so now I'm going to record all my dreams, of course I will also post around and see if I can help anyone out, as I am quite the lucid dreamer also ^.^

      Nice to meet you all!

      Welcome to DreamViews Kuvon!

Well if you haven't noticed already (and since you want to record your dreams and improve recall), we have a Dream Journal section here that you may be interested in: Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views - Recent DJ Posts - Dream Journals . Glad you're also a lucid dreamer! Would love to read your input

Always awesome to see new LDers here. I look forward to your input.

How did you learn about LDing and what techniques do you use?

      Nice to meet you!

The first technique I ever tried, was where you pinch your nose and try to breathe, pretending that you are in a dream. Telling myself "is this a dream?" then trying to blow through my nose.

After a couple of days, I finally had my first, It was in my bed, everything seemed normal, and I just saw a bright light under my bed, so I automatically pinched my nose, and I could breathe, so there it went on, it didn't last too long and I didn't have so much control either, as I was trying to get out of bed I was moving in slow motion.

Then on after that, they just happen really randomly now, I don't have to use techniques or anything, and I am gaining more control each one I have, and have learnt a few things personally that can help me retain the lucidity in my dream.
