Can Someone Help Me In This Weird Situation?

      Hi,
My names Taylor, I've been lucid dreaming for 5 years. But here's the thing...I'm not doing it on purpose.
It started when I was 14 and I hated it when it first happened...I was losing touch with reality.
I know there's people that try to lucid dream when they aren't "blessed" with it naturally like I am (again I hated it).
But I don't need to know how to lucid dream, or how to start. I need someone to help me figure out how to control them better so I don't have to do my reality checks. (I tilt my head from side to side, and if my head hits a pillow I know I'm in a dream, I do this frequently in my lucid dreams and even when I'm awake)
What can I do to better my lucid dreaming?
      Please help,
      Thanks,
      Tay

      Welcome to Dreamviews, twarren29.

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure I understand your question. Let's recap.

You are a natural lucid dreamer, so you don't need to practice to get them. But you say you do reality checks. We, mortals, do reality checks in waking life together with awareness to help us become aware in a dream and realize we are dreaming.

Are you asking how to replace the held tilting to realize you are dreaming?

If you asking about how to do things in a lucid dream, here is a great Dream Control section.

If I'm understanding correctly, you want to have lucid dreams without the need for reality checks. If this is the case, I recommend WILD. If successful, it gives you full awareness right from the start of the dream.

I've never heard of WILD until I came on this website, could you explain it to me?

What I got from your post is that you're getting confused by dream world and real life, and you have to do a reality check to make sure you're NOT dreaming, while most people do reality checks to check if they ARE? And you'd like to know how you can control your dreams better to stop the confusion? If that's what you're saying (I'm sorry, English isn't my first language and I misunderstand a lot of stuff), I'd suggest this forum. If not, then hopefully someone will help you soon!
