      Hey Y'all,

      I was totally into having LDs about five years ago after several months of rabid practice. Then I let things slide and stopped having them.

      Well, I'm back! Just read a book called 'The Astral Body' by Arthur E. Powell from the Theosophical Society written in 1926 and it got me all juiced up again. Yes I know, OBE vs. LD?

      To get started, I checked out PodCasts on my iPhone and am now an eager listener to the DreamViews PodCast - fun stuff you guys. And that led me here.

      So I'm starting at the beginning again, keeping a dream journal and doing RCs. I'm confident it will all come back quickly; I'm determined!
