      Greetings

      Hello,
I've been lurking around for at least three years and finally decided to join the community.
I'm at my second attempt at training to consistently have lucid dreams, my previous attempt failed when I suddenly forgot to practice. This time I picked up that infamous book about tibetan yoga of dream and sleep, perhaps this time is "the time".

I apparently suck at WILD, I've had only two successes so far in all these years, maybe one day I'll get the hang of it, heh. One time I failed so hard that I did the opposite, I WILDed myself awake, and it was pretty darn convinincing, I surrendered to the "wave" and endured a mind-wrenching loud grinding electrical noise that ended abruptly in a explosion of hypnagogic imagery... too bad I realized that I could feel my body and was completely awake, I almost thought I had it all figured out. Nope.

Well, nice to meet you all.

p.s: It wasn't easy to find an unused username.

      Welcome to dv, finally.
Great intro post :p. It might sound weird but you actually did progress by waking yourself up during that WILD, any type of practice will help you progress, not to mention that it still sounded like a cool experience.
Lets hope that it all works out this time
If you need any help just send me a PM.
