So, it's been about a year and a half since i last posted on the forums, and im back to LDing. Right now I'm writing to occupy myself during a WBTB.
I've had a couple LD's already in the past during my active days.
Today, I planned to do a WBTB at 9:00P.M., I layed down at 8:45p.M., and set my alarm for six hours later (3:00 AM.) Just because I find WILD transitioning entertaining, I gave it a go. I didn't make it as far as I have in the past; I got to the stage where I start going into dream loops, and my body feels completely numb. I kept trying to do counting mechanisms, and I would somehow get interrupted and fall into the influence of dream loops. I almost fell completely in, but a water bottle made a cracking noise and jolted me out of it! After that, I had an unbearable itch on my nose that I fought for about 10minutes, ans finally gave in. I definitely got some sleep, as I lost consciousness during my loops. By this time, it was 9:30P.M. Then I just went to sleep normally.
I'm a rock solid sleeper. Pretty rarely do I wakeup. But here recently, I've been finding that I've been a lot more comfortable sleeping on the ground, laying a thick blanket over my carpet and having a couple pillows. Even though im much more comfortable, I wake up a lot now.
Somehow, I forgot to set my alarm correctly, and I woke up at 3:30 A.M. naturally. LUCKY ME! I did a reality check, and realized its time to do a WBTB! I got up, went downstairs, and got a cheese danish because I was super hungry. Drank some water to wash it down.. turned on my computer so I had something to do.. and I fortunately left DV up! I decided it's time to make a post after being inactive for so long.
I don't really expect anyone to read this, It's purely for the purpose to keep myself doing something. But if you manage to follow along with my boring rambling, I applaud you!
I can definitely start to feel myself waking up, as it has been 22 minutes since I awoke. My body still feels heavy, but my grogginess has begun to fade slightly. This is probably not an issue, as I fall asleep pretty easily (unless I'm doing a WILD! ) Once I get to the 30 minute mark, I'll finish my post, and go for my LD. That should my enough time. I really shouldn't be doing this right now anyways!
Tomorrow I have an important Anatomy & Physiology exam. I'm waking up about four hours before my Statistics exam, then I have a couple more hours break, in which I'll be using all this time to study for A&P. It's a rough class. I would have rewrote my best LD in detail, but I imagine it would have taken too much time, and I want to be resourceful with my time. Its 3:57 A.M. now, and I'm going to play with my phone momentarily before I attempt an LD
Missed you DV forum!
