      Help, Everyman Sleep Schedule

      Hi, I'm new here and I'm wondering where is the best place for my to post a thread concerning information and possibly starting tips on Everyman Sleeping.

      Hmm, I'd say discussion on Polyphasic Sleep (Everyman) would probably be in the General Dream Discussion board - It's for general non-lucid dream topics.

      @WakingNomad Everyman's is a method of Polyphasic sleep. Basically you sleep a 'core' number of hours usually 3-3.5 then take a few naps (I've seen 20-40 min discussed) throughout the day every few hours.
