Talking Hi Disabled Guy Trying To Dream Again

Hi Everybody. I'm from usa guy in my 30s.
I"m mentally disabled and physically disabled. Sleep is difficult cause i have some urinary problems that wake me up. so i dont get good sleep.
but i'm trying to dream again. i used to do the dream journaling some years ago and it worked.
Now i'm trying again but it's harder now that i can't sleep that well.

But anyways, i''ve done it for 1 week. im trying Dont remember the dreams always for some reason but i feel like i had a great dream but then i cant remember nothing.

Anyways, i'm happy to do my dream practice again. I want to become lucid someday.

I'm a pretty crappy sleeper as well, it's taken me A YEAR to become lucid! Definitely worth the effort though.

So, welcome and stick at it! It might help you sort out your sleeping a bit better as well, maybe get some kind of pattern!

      Welcome to Dreamviews!

If you wake up at night, you can take advantage of it. Try to lay still for a few minutes and think about the dream you just may have had. If you know you had a dream, just don't recall it, write in your DJ "I had a great (long, short, sad, happy...) dream. My memory is great and recall getting better every day." If you remember anything about it, write it down. For example "there was something about a town (room, person, feeling, blue color...). If you tell your mind that dreaming and remembering them is important to you and you like it, it will oblige. Good luck and happy dreams
