Welcome Healer! I'm so glad you liked our podcast.

You know, I started at the age of 8 too, then it just kinda went away, then came back sometime in my 20s. Let me know if you have any questions about any techniques or methods or anything. Or if you just want to roll by yourself for now, here's a good starting place, aptly named: Start Here

OpheliaBlue! I recognize your name from the podcast. I thoroughly enjoyed it! The part about finding a scrap of paper left in waking life in the back yard was hilarious!

Anyway, I appreciate the reply. I have a lot of questions, since I have only been back into this for less than a month. You wouldn't believe how deep I traveled during that time. I'm not going to proselytize here, but my blog is SO full of content in just a matter of days, lol.

I'll head over to Start Here. I'll definitely be in touch.

PS - I had a great lucid dream (my 3rd in two weeks) last night. I tasked myself (directly because of your podcast) to test my senses. Just as your friend suggested, the color and texture of the floor tiles were so vivid. I tasted Ritz Peanut Butter crackers. The salt, butter, and peanut butter flavor was full and wonderful, lol.

      Peace!

Welcome to DV, LucidHealer! I'm glad you found your way here and that you've had the chance to reconnect with the lucid dreaming practices of your childhood. May we never outgrow anything as fun and mind-expanding as lucid dreaming!

Thanks also for the kind words on the podcast and I'm glad to here that it pointed you toward the site!

Nice! Lucid food is amazing! (Even if it happened to be floor tiles for you, heh heh) I was skeptical about what eating would be like in lucid dreams, but experience has made me a huge believer. If my real kitchen tiles tasted like that I'd never peel myself off of the floor.

I think it's funny that in my dream I remembered your tile comment. But I also remembered the conversation about not stressing over having to stabilize. Rather, amp up your sensory experience of the dream. That really helped a lot, so thank you.

I travel a lot for work, so I was on the road, not in the mood for music... I did a Youtube search for "lucid dream podcast" and the time dilation caught my attention. When you mentioned LaBerge in the podcast, I knew what you were referring to, because last week I had watched a video seminar where he shows the EEG charts plotting real waking time while asleep.

Thanks for reading... and thanks a lot for the material you and OpheliaBlue covered. (BTW, I am HealerBlue on a different forum.. I keep getting confused when logging on here, lol. Weird coincidence.)
