I discovered this community a few days ago and have been scouring many of the tutorials... Needless to say, it was very easy to fall in love with this forum. Anyways, I have been actively and regularly practicing meditation for about 4 years now - meditation alone has changed my life completely. Many times in meditation throughout the years I have entered dream like sequences but it has never been consistent and never on purpose. Throughout this time I have also had many successful lucid dreams (meaning I've become aware I was dreaming and was able to change things in the dream i.e. make a car fly, rewind a destroyed tv back to normal etc..), but again, nothing has ever been consistent.

I have come to the understanding that a lot of this inconsistency (for myself) has to do with diet and overall toxicity of the body (the body being the grounded material aspect of our 'vehicle'). Don't get me wrong, I also understand that intention plays a key role here as well and I am sure the list goes on... For me personally, where I am in my life I know the root for me is my health. I am currently taking MMS as a first wave of cleansing my body and already I can tell you I have had incredible success with how I have been feeling. I am also off of eating meat now, which I am finding gets less difficult with time.

In any case, my next step right now is to pick up a journal to log my dreams in (which will also be posted on here as well). I am very excited and I know I am now ready for this and could not be more thrilled to find this community.
