Hi everybody! I've known about lucid dreaming for a few months now and finally joined DreamViews. So far I have had two DILDS. I'm looking forward to trying the other methods and techniques and hope to become lucid more often. Which technique, if there is one, seems to work best for producing consistent lucidity? Also, do binaural beats help aid lucid dreaming? Thank you!

Welcome to Dreamviews! Haha, I love your name. Did you have 7 fingers in your LD? Looking at hands and counting fingers is my favorite RC. With regards to which technique can give you most consistent LDs, I think that could be different for everybody. It also depends on your daytime practice. I would suggest you do both and then see which one is the best for your lifestyle and which one works for you the best. Or, do as many of us here.
