      Hey everybody

I have been interested in lucid dreaming for about a year now but have just recently been taking it more seriously. My brother always talked about how he could fly in his dreams pretty often and I've only been able to fly when I would have a certain dream about my junior high school, but I was never lucid... So weird. I also stumbled across a problem solving method using lucid dreaming in a book I am reading and that's what nudged me to take this more seriously and explore the limitless possibilities of the dream world.

Two nights ago I had my first LD but had no control over the dream. I was still very happy to have become lucid. I heard about this forum through the dream views podcast and learned about DV Academy and I see that there are online dream journals.. After I finish the tutorials what are the next steps I need to take on the site to become better at dreaming?

I jumped the gun a little bit on my question... I should have read my welcome to DV message first.

      Welcome to Dreamviews!

When you finish reading the tutorials, you could start practicing for a DILD. For this, RC tutorial will be also helpful. If you have any questions about the practice, just post it in the thread, or on the forum, and we will help. Happy dreams
