I've been dream journalling for 7 days (I've got lots of details and memories of the dream but so-far no "realistic" moments I've had, I've had 1 small lucid dream, it was semi-realistic because I could feel my stomach butterflies when I flew but when I woke up (I had 3 false-awakenings first e.e and I lost lucidity) I realized how unrealistic it actually was... Kind of disappointed because from how you guys describe it it seems life-like. The reason I got into this is because I had a 50 second lucid dream 2 years ago where I got up, banged my head against the wall because I knew I was dreaming but everything in my room was exactly the same so I wasn't sure, I looked out the window and I saw a purple moon, suddenly I woke up. But that dream, the memory was crisp and clear like it actually happened, the semi-realistic feeling wasn't there, and that crisp clear memory is still here till today. Well, I've only been at this for 7 days, I have sleep paralysis almost every night (with no hallucinations luckily just extreme vibration/tingling) but I hope I can achieve that real feeling again.

Thanks for having me people/replying reading this,
Demokan.
