      Greetings, earthlings.

Pleased to meet you all. I'm new to this forum, and it's great to see so many lucid dreamers come together.
I am 18 years of age, and have experienced lucidity quite a few times. But the problem is, I have not in about 2-3 years. When I was younger, I did not need to put in any effort to attain lucidity in my dreams. However now, it seems to have become a problem. I've been keeping a dreamjournal for about one month, and have been trying many different techniques. I remember quite a lot of dreams still, just none of them are lucid. So, if any of you can give some feedback that would be greatly appreciated. Namaste

^^ Welcome to DV, Aforetime! I think you'll find lots of useful advice and support on these forums, so participation here might be just the thing to get your LD'ing back on track. To do my bit in that department, I suggest you check out my Lucid Dreaming Fundamentals thread, to get my idea of what's required for consistant lucid dreaming.

So good luck, and we'll see you around!

Hey, just keep positive and everything will work out just fine.
Don't see it as a problem, just a new challenge to beat. Knowing that you will get lucid and it will be awesome is the best way to go.
      It's all in your head.
It's very natural for people to be good at getting lucid when younger and have it go away a little as they grow up. I just assume it has something to do with the childish imagination and spirit that most kids have.
Try to remember that feeling of being lucid and just grab onto it and think about it as you fall asleep.
Keep a dream journal, do reality checks, and stay positive. : )
You'll get it in no time

      Welcome to Dreamviews!

You got some great advise so far. If I may suggest, check out the link in Sageous's post. He is one of our most advanced lucid dreamers. Good luck and happy dreams
