      Cool Hello People!!!

      I only recently got interested in this stuff. I want to thank Spirit Science on Youtube and last night I tried to Astral Project and I think i got into the astral plane but, I just couldn't separate how sad. Anyways I am going to try to Lucid Dream tonight. Good Luck to me? Any tips? I am a noobie.
