Thread: Hello

Hello! I'm new here, but not to lucid dreaming. I have been tring to lucid dream on and off for a couple of years now. I've had success in the past, but anytime I make any ground something always comes up and I have to stop. This is partly the reason I joined this forum. To keep me motivated and to have long term success with lucid dreaming. There is really nothing else to say. I just happy to be here and to be continuing lucid dreaming.

Hello and welcome, Mitchel. I can say from experience that simply visiting this place regularly, even if you don't post, can keep motivation up. Which technique do you use?

Thank you for your warm welcome. Just from lurking around it seems like everyone here is very nice and willing to help. As for my techniques, I don't really do anything special. I keep a dream journal, I do reality checks, and I try to do meditation. Thats about it.
