      Welcome to Dreamviews!

Oh wow, LDs all life! That's awesome.

Basically we become lucid in a dream, when small part of our daytime memory "wakes up" and it becomes available to us. That allows us to realize, or "remember", that we are actually asleep, in our beds, and this is a dream. Look around on the forum and post any questions you have. Happy dreams
