Hi, I'm Chloe, a new member to this website. I've recently started trying to lucid dream and using Google and some other websites, these were the main things which came up:
  • Keeping a dream journal
  • Performing reality checks
  • Repeating tonight I will have a lucid dream before falling asleep
  • Thinking about past dreams and what you would like to lucid dream about before falling asleep
  • Setting an alarm for around 4:30am and staying awake for fifteen minutes
  • Having dream triggers like looking at your hands and telling yourself you will see them in your sleep.

So far I haven't had any success but I don't think I've been full motivated either. Will I get anywhere using these methods if I'm properly motivated or are there any better ones?
