Thread: Remembering 3 dreams in one night?

Hey guys,
So I'm new lucid dreaming and only recently have started writing down my dreams. I have been looking into lucid dreaming for the last couple of days and I am currently trying to achieve it. But last night I could remember 3 dreams and its only been my second night recording my dreams. I didn't remember them when I woke up though it was only when I did a certain task in the real world that all of my dreams from the previous night came flooding back to me. Is this a good sign?

3 dreams in a single night and only recalling for 2 nights is a great start

Your main focus would be recalling them upon awakening in most cases. Even if dream doesn't come to you straight away, just lay there and think for 5 minuets if u have too. You usually think of something and then it triggers a lot of the dream from there.

About the remembering them during a task is definitely common. It happens to me now and then. It's quite funny how it happens. What were you doing when the dream started rushing into your mind? And what was the dream about?

The dream was me and my brother in our house and he was making macaroni and cheese and i came down and i wanted to make something for myself(i think it was because i was hungry when i went to bed) and i reached in the cabinet to get a mug. Then I took some macaroni and put it in the mug as well as some milk. (i know its weird and I have never had it before) Then I drank the mixture. When I was in the real world i was getting ready for the day and reached in the same cabinet (since the dream was in my house) and thats when i remembered the dream and then i started to remember all of my dreams.
