Hi guys, I've been keeping a dream log on and off for the past 3 years and have only gotten close to becoming lucid in a dream once since I started. One of my goals for this year is to really work on my dream recall and achieving lucidity, so finding this site/forum is a way for me to remain accountable to that I'll be exploring the Dream Views Academy for now, I'm to some degree antisocial but I just wanted to post and say hi. Many people find that community encouragement boosts their success rate, because there is that extra element of positive reinforcement and excitement surrounding the idea of becoming lucid.
