I am sorry but you can't find him through dreaming. You can certainly pray to dream about him, and even if you dont you might dream about him, and you can have meaningful conversations, but really the him you will be seeing is a projection of your own consciousness. However, you will meet him again. I lost a loved one too and just dreamt about him last night, it brought back all of my love for him that I must have repressed to feel better.
