      Mmmmm that could be a tiny problem then. How about a wired heater? Next to your bed?

      I you cannot warm up the room then you should try to work around the blankets... You will get colder when you enter in trance and that will ruin it if you are not fuzzy and warm :p

      I found a book called 'Leaving the Body' that talks about quite a few different ways to OBE. For me, the furthest I have gotten has been with the yogi breathing techniques, and the PRogressive Muscular Relaxation technique. When I get some time I might type them out on here so everyone doesn't have to buy the book XD You should check it out, though!

      Yeah, I will definitely check it out; sadly, I haven't had a chance to OBE in the past week, going to try it out again during the weekend, wish me luck.

      Good luck! I had a crazy experience with my friend last night, we were trying to OBE together. In the end, we kept getting interrupted so we were never able to enter the astral plane, BUT we did do something totally unexpected... Telepathy! We hadn't even planned on trying that. It just sort of happened. But anyway, best of luck!
