Welcome to the forum!
Congrats on the first lucid. Sounds like it was a good one, too!
The "ghost" holding your body is actually a completely normal phenomenon called sleep paralysis. The brain kind of shuts off the muscles when you go to sleep, and sometimes you can wake up before your muscles are "turned back on", so to speak. Although it's not necessary for a lucid dream, it can definitely be used to enter one, much like you did.
As for not remembering the majority of your dream upon waking, that's perfectly normal too. Try to not move when you first wake up, and just kind of replay the dream in your mind, trying to remember as much as possible. Also, as you use your dream journal more, your dream recall will get better, and you should be able to remember full dreams, and even multiple dreams per night.
I also use Awoken as my lucid app of choice. There's a setting to have a silent notification appear waiting for you in the morning to go straight to your dream journal (although it doesn't work for me at times...). I would recommend that as you make journaling a habit.
But it sounds like you're off to a good start!
