      Alo..

I'm new here. Nice to meet you all. I've had some lucid dreams but mostly in my childhood. I hope to learn from everyone about dreams, for I dream a lot.. Sometimes I just don't remember dreams well, only remember the feelings I felt there and some images.

      Hi Cavel! Welcome to DreamViews!

It's cool that you have some lucid dreaming experiences from your childhood to draw on! You've got good dream recall and a history of lucid dreaming, so I think you'll find that once you get into dreaming practices that all of this will come very naturally for you.

If you want to improve your dream recall even further, I recommend starting up a dream journal! Spending a little extra time writing your dreams down will help coax those vague fragments and residual emotions into becoming full dreams.

Good luck, and if we can help you out along the way, let us know.
